Incidents of vehicle vandalism continue to rise in Pune, with yet another case reported from the Narhe area. Three unidentified individuals vandalised multiple parked four-wheelers near JSPM College, creating panic among local residents.
The entire act was captured on CCTV, where the accused can be clearly seen arriving on a two-wheeler. Carrying iron rods and stones, the trio damaged several cars in a reckless manner before fleeing the spot.
The incident occurred within the jurisdiction of Sinhagad Road Police Station. Police officials have begun analysing CCTV footage and have launched a search operation to identify and arrest the suspects involved.
Authorities have urged residents to report suspicious activity immediately as such vandalism cases have sharply increased in recent weeks.

Mumbai | On Pune land deal involving his son, Maharashtra Deputy CM Ajit Pawar says, "I have never flouted any rules in my 35-year political career. If anyone from my family or close to me tries to do something wrong, I will never support it. I have gathered all the information about the case. I called CM Fadnavis and told him that he can order a probe.
All the documents and transactions have been cancelled now. A committee has been set up today for a probe into the allegations in the concerned case. The report will be submitted in one month. I order all the officers under me that even if someone using my name puts pressure to do any work or transaction, they should not come under any pressure and should not be involved in any malpractice. There is no transaction in the related case as yet. FIR has also been registered in the said case. Who had put pressure on officers, who were involved, who had carried out the transaction, everything will be investigated."

On Pune alleged land scam, Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis says, "In connection with the allegations made regarding the alleged land scam in Nagpur and Pune, I have sought complete information from both the Revenue Department and the Land Records Department. Based on this inquiry and the information received, we will present our official stance. At first glance, some of the issues that have come to light appear to be extremely serious in nature. Therefore, I will make a detailed statement on this matter only after receiving all the relevant information. As for the government’s further course of action, I will not support any wrongdoing of any kind. If any irregularities are found anywhere, strict action will certainly be taken. Our Mahayuti government believes in transparency, and hence, this matter will be thoroughly examined to verify whether there has been any irregularity. Always try and stay for 6-12 months in the area / society where you wish to buy your new accommodation.
Vicinity to markets, schools, hospitals, parks, public transport matter.
The society ambience, culture, management, sunshine, seepage, neighbors, water / electricity supply issues - everything matters.
You have to be sure of staying in a new accommodation for at least 20 years. You lose a lot of money if you buy and sell real estate frequently.
