Democrat Senate candidate in Arkansas Hallie Shoffner is trying to put as much space between her and Kamala Harris as possible ahead of the former VP’s visit to the state. Harris’ trip to Arkansas marks the first campaign event she’ll be headlining since her historic 2024 presidential election loss. Shoffner says she has no plans to meet with Harris while the former vice president delivers a keynote address at the Arkansas Shackelford Dinner in Little Rock.
