@kyleplacy @jasonfried @basecamp Tech needs to grow into understanding inclusivity as a vital tenant of serving a pluralistic world - especially when it is uncomfortable. Growth hurts. Not everyone has the option to just stop talking about something when it gets real - because they live it every day.

@kyleplacy @jasonfried @basecamp They would rather be homogenous & efficient than honest & accepting. We need a fundamental shift away from inclusivity as an altruistic favor or based on compliance because these things can be scaled back or suspended when inconvenient, inefficient or uncomfortable.
