Yeshiva-educated people smell the BS before others do because the study of Talmud makes them sharp and logical.

@isaacson To your first point you are correct to the second point for the most part it is. YU claims to be orthodox but couldn’t stand up to a club of people committing a sin the Torah call an abomination. So yeah YU IS treif adjacent. Your not knowing this shows ignorance.

Thank you @DrDanniellex2 for mentioning this. What is Beis Din Tzedek Mishpat HaTorah? It is a sham Beis Din that solely exists to attempt to delegitimize real Batei Dinim in order to pretend that gett refusers have rabbinic support, which of course, is not true.

Many non chasidik people use chasidish BD because they are known to be excellent and fair just because you don’t know all the details doesn’t make them wrong.

He is a very respected Rabbi in the Chasidic community Rabbi Willig is just as disavowed in the chasidic community as this rabbi is in the modox community

We need to know is if they were at a different BD before the BDA got involved it is known to happen that if one party is not happy with the way things are going the will BD shop If that happened then he should ignore them

Any wife that takes custody of the kids away from her husband without a reasonable explanation is in the wrong.
Unless you're privy to the specific details of a divorce case to discern if it's the former or the latter, you should withhold your opinion on the matter.

@gidi_fihrer @FrumTikTok Additionally the BD in Monsey is not some random BD they too are a respected BD and the BDA has accepted their gittin in the past they just don’t see eye to eye on how to handle a din Torah and therefore don’t always abide by each others rulings hence the situation on going now.
