@IRCTCofficial train 16584 to yashwantpur express is always delayed, 7 days * 4 weeks * 12 months a year...plz amend the timing of its delayed always or maintain the timing at sedam station...we have to wait 90-120 minutes everytime... cumbersome & irritating
