This man just stole this electric bike and was witnessed by the couple recording in the car. When she looks back she could see the bike owner running after him but he couldn’t keep up. The man in the car suggests he hits the thief and knocks him off the bike. Just as he was talking about doing that, the thief hits some cobblestones and flies right off the bike face forward and lands on his neck. The couple was able to get the bike back for the owner. Given how bad this bike accident was, even though he did steal the bike, does he deserve to possibly be wheelchair bound for the rest of his life?

We paid $350 in gas ⛽️ this road trip from Edmonton AB to Campbell River BC last year it was about $250 We were originally thinking of flying here one way but it was going to cost $900 for both of us one way. Travelling in Canada is getting very expensive.
