The DOJ has ONE WEEK left to charge Anthony Fauci for the worst cover-up in modern medical history. He lied to Congress about funding gain-of-function research in Wuhan. Millions died. Trillions were spent. And Fauci walked away with book deals and fawning media coverage instead of handcuffs. I re-upped my criminal referral to the DOJ because the evidence is overwhelming, and justice has been delayed long enough. RT if you’re ready to see Fauci behind bars.

@rovarma There's a reason why exe+dmg+deb+rpm was the standard for like 15 years straight, if you're hipster enough to use anything else you already know how to do it yourself

This is 100% true, but Linux devs were and are in denial about this. There’s a reason the install page for every cross platform app looks like * Download Windows installer * Download OSX package * Click here for Linux install instructions that may or may not work on your distro
gingerBill@TheGingerBill

I don't know if a lot of people have thought why this happened. To make Linux viable for the layman, Valve had to make Proton (derived from Wine) so that Win32 API became the first and only stable ABI on Linux. Why did Linux Distro devs not care about stable ABI historically?

Hey @Ford, Congress, and everyone else that needs to read this. I am NOT buying any vehicle that will be monitoring me with a camera, and whatever other technology you decide to put in cars, while I am driving. I would rather drive a 1970 car with a carburetor. And while we are at it, I am not giving you my retina scans, nor letting you test my breath, not even give you my fingerprints. I am sure the vast majority of Americans feel this way.

There oughta be a spot under a person’s follower’s list where we can see if @elonmusk follows them. We have Verified Followers, Followers You Know, Followers. And then there needs to be “Elon”, and underneath just a yes or no.

Consider the astronomical levels of stupidity on display here. Ilhan Omar doesn’t know how to read Roman numerals AND she thinks there have been 11 world wars. Either one of those would be reasonable justification to remove her from office and send her back to Somalia. But both? My God.
AF Post@AFpost

Reading off of a card, Ilhan Omar mistakenly says that the last time the "Alien Enemies Act" was invoked was in "World War Eleven", confusing the Roman numerals for the number eleven. Follow: @AFpost

So, “cash for clunkers” was their way of pushing us to get rid of our low tech vehicles so we would buy high tech vehicles that they can shut down?

@3088IH And I am saying you shouldn't. You are your own worst enemy. But it doesn't matter. I am not interested in talking this out with you. You clearly came in here bitter and looking to take that bitterness out on me. So I am uninterested in having a discussion.

Everyone wishes their love story would have a happy ending. She chases him down the street, thanks him for the flowers, and they're able to go out on a date. Maybe they fall in love and get married one day. They'll have a house, children, and live happily ever after. Here's the thing though... imagining the ending too early paralyzes us with fear and we convince ourselves to never take the risk in the first place. I often see this spiral instead... "She'll probably say no. She'll definitely say no. She'll turn me down and embarrass me in the process. I'll never say anything. She'll never know. It's awful she would do that. All women are terrible. I hate her." This is the language of cowards. This man however, is not a coward. He bought a woman flowers, gave them to her, and though he could not make his confession to his crush, he still took a risk. The first step is the hardest part and that first step was courageous. Perhaps next time, whether it is this girl, or the next one he has a crush on, he'll present to her the flowers and be able to say how he feels. This is how you do it. Not with imagining your ending, but walking the path one step at a time. I see a lot of men on here reeling over the idea of what a woman might do to him—she'll laugh at him, reject him, cheat on him, she'll know he's inexperienced and mock him for it, spend his money, and then screw him over in the divorce and take his kids—all for a woman they haven't even spoken to yet. They catastrophize the worst case scenario to the point where they never even take the first step. But, your love story doesn't start at the end, it starts at the beginning. You don't ask a girl out for the purpose of sex, a relationship, or marriage. You'll just psych yourself out with an end game in mind. She is not an object, she is a person (just like you). You ask a girl out because you think she's pretty and you want to find out if she is kind and interesting, too. Maybe you already know she's kind and interesting, and so you ask her out to see if that attraction is mutual. The point is, you ask a girl out to get to know her. As you do, this is where you can start to imagine what you can bring to each other's lives (and perhaps it's nothing at all). There isn't nearly as much pressure as you think there is. When you eliminate the expectation and the future, you can eliminate the nerves as well. This is how I approach every man I am interested in. Am I dating to marry? Absolutely. Am I dating to marry every single man I go out with? Absolutely NOT. I don't even know them yet. How could I possibly make that determination? I don't even know if I like them yet! Or maybe I do, but I need to give them the same opportunity to decide if they like me, too. But, we are open to liking each other in the beginning and that's all that matters. Maybe it'll be awkward. Maybe it'll be a good conversation. Maybe we'll become friends. Or maybe we'll like each other so much, we'll start a relationship, fall in love, and get married. Keep this in mind going forward. Set the end game aside. This doesn't mean compromising your values or your goals, it means prioritizing making a human connection. You first priority is a conversation (or a confession). It's to get your foot in the door and letting what may happen, happen. There is no expectation. Just let yourself enjoy the moment of talking to a pretty girl. And the one after that. And the one after that. Until you find the one you can't imagine going another day without talking with again. That's the one you kiss. That's the one you make your girlfriend. That's the one you marry. It's starts with an approach, a smile, a conversation, and maybe even some flowers. It starts at the beginning. Everything else, you can worry about later.

@lisavsworld Actually no. I’ve asked out my share of girls. Gone on a few dates. Even got close to a couple. And yeah, I’ve had heartbreak, and at this point I’m just tired and wore out of the whole thing. I’m just saying, a guy thinks through a lot of things when he asks someone out.
