🚨Good News: Erika Kirk and TPUSA have sent a cease and desist order to the X account Project Constitution for making several false and defamatory statements about Erika Kirk and TPUSA. The account made a post last week which received 11 Millions views. The post was a total complete and total lie against Erika Kirk.

I welcome that lawsuit you malignant piece of shit. Everything I’ve shared about Erika is factual. And I’m not going to let up because you think it’s chilvarous to let a woman pathologically lie to the masses with a billion dollar budget at hand, as she reverses every core philosophy that Charlie had. And in the spirit of Charlie, I also welcome a public debate with any one of you geniuses who think “she’s a grieving widow” and it’s “immoral” is sound enough logic to pardon a CEO from all of her responsibilities. These gay emotional arguments don’t exactly hold up in the real world. Let me know if you or anyone would like to have that public debate if you feel up to debunking anything I’ve actually said.

This is a good example of how defamation works in the modern age, and why it’s not as simple as “just sue them.” The person in this recording is absolutely not Erika. It couldn’t even be Erika because she was like 16 at the time of this recording. And yet this account, amplified by bigger accounts like Ian Carroll, has made this claim recklessly and with malicious disregard for the truth. Can Erika sue over it? Does she have any recourse at all? Sure, she can sue. I hope she does. But in order to win a lawsuit she’d have to prove that this person posted this nonsense knowing it wasn’t true, and then she’d probably have to prove damages, and then she’d have to hope that the broke assholes who posted and amplified it actually have the funds to pay, which they don’t. And all of this will take a long time, years potentially, to sort itself out in court. Even if she wins, it won’t make a difference to the people who’ve already decided that she’s some kind of cartoon villain. They’ll just use the fact of the lawsuit as proof that Erika “has something to hide.” Meanwhile she will have only further highlighted and called attention to the very lies she’s trying to rectify in court. So in other words, it’s the ultimate lose-lose scenario. I’ve experienced much smaller versions of this. People who engage in outright open defamation, slandering my character with totally manufactured lies, and yet I don’t sue for all the reasons above. It’s total bullshit. The upshot is that the slanderers and defamers basically have carte blanche to lie about you and destroy your reputation. Your only recourse is costly, takes a long time, and may damage your reputation even more.

🚨 Tucker Carlson disgustingly defends 1930s British fascist Oswald Mosley - who was so aligned with the Nazis that he married at Joseph Goebbels’ house in Berlin, with Adolf Hitler as a guest - even calling him “patriotic.” Carlson claimed Mosley’s “only crime was being the opposition” to Churchill, and that this is why he was arrested during World War II. To be clear: Mosley was a full-blown fascist. He received financial support from Mussolini, maintained close ties to Nazi Germany, and led the British Union of Fascists’ Blackshirts - a paramilitary-style group inspired by Mussolini’s movement, known for violence and for targeting Jewish communities. Mosley had previously served as a Member of Parliament from 1918 to 1931, initially as a Conservative and later as a Labour MP. However, after founding the British Union of Fascists in 1932 and embracing fascism, he was never again electorally viable or close to holding office. He was detained in 1940 under Defence Regulation 18B because the British government considered him a security risk with sympathies toward enemy powers - not because he was a credible political opponent. For Carlson to portray Mosley - an outspoken, Hitler-admiring fascist - as a war hero (which Tucker exaggerates), and to claim he was persecuted purely for political reasons, is deeply disturbing. The question has to be asked: does Tucker Carlson despise Churchill so much that he’s willing to defend a Nazi-aligned fascist like Mosley - or does he genuinely believe a Nazi-aligned fascist like Mosley was a patriot?
