@308Greenfield That’s worth it. A variac with an analog meter that you can choose ammeter or voltmeter is great. An isolation transformer inside is great too. I’d drill and install panel mount fuse holders on the back of it.

1. Hired a sales trainer helping on process, strategy, etc (close rates are higher) 2. Responding to all leads immediately and doing an in person meeting within 36 hrs (same lead count, better results) 3. Seeing more leads due to more GBP locations (more leads) 4. Some seasonality (we had no winter), summer is starting early 5. Site supervisor started last week (field manager overseeing production) so I’m 100% focused on sales and not distracted Item 1 and 5 probably the biggest driver I’ve closed almost $500k of new biz since starting w the sales trainer 3 weeks ago, 10/10 would recommend

An isolation transformer is a good thing to have. A pseudo variac auto transformer feature is kinda nice too. I have a nice variac already - and my grounded WB will be a lot safer now.
