@WHOOP time to update some settings
I don’t know a single parent in their 30s also pushing on their career getting 9.5 hours a night…my “goal”
Maybe we need to add a business KPI metric into these emails 🤣
Ok back to toddler and biz growth life and 10 hours of sleep a night

@NateAnglin @garyvee Haha yes does not seem like the ideal strategy

And yet, that's what it's positioned as an ultra low cost carrier.
But the economics of zipping around through the sky is hard to make work.
It's an expensive operation and having less profit per seat than a Starbucks cup of coffee and shitty service and reliability seems like a bad strategy. 🤷♂️

Spirit airlines saved me once.
I had no money.
Needed a budget flight from LA to NYC.
Had a chance to hang with THE @garyvee.
Scraped enough for a spirit airlines flight.
What an AWFUL experience.
Thankfully meeting Gary made up for it!
But that’s when I said:
Never again

English

@theryanjamesmil Haha I could see this Ryan
I’m on the fence!

@SuccessWithJake I love driving my Model YP, but using FSD 88% of the time is so stress free that it’s hard to drive myself.
English

@laughswhenry Interesting Henry. I can’t make up my mind haha

@SuccessWithJake Feels like giving the wheel to an intern who follows every rule literally. Less tiring, more boring. Good for the 405 though.
English

@jamestgordon Yah it sucks man. Hope you’re doing better too
Thanks James!

@SuccessWithJake I've had back issues too, it can be so rough. Glad you were able to get some relief!

I felt it the second it happened.
That pop. That heat. That feeling of oh no.
My wife didn’t know. My baby didn’t know.
But I knew.
She had playfully dove on me while I was on the floor with our baby.
One innocent moment.
Multiple herniated discs.
What followed were some of the hardest years of my life.
I couldn’t bend over.
Couldn’t pick up my kids.
Couldn’t work out - something I’d done every single day for 15 years.
Doctors couldn’t agree either.
Surgery. No, rehab. No, surgery.
I just wanted my life back.
But here’s what nobody warns you about with a serious injury:
The physical pain is one thing.
It destroys you mentally.
When you can’t do the basic things that make you you
Your confidence crumbles.
You stop recognizing yourself.
You wonder if this darkness is just your life now.
That’s a place I wouldn’t wish on anyone.
After two years of dead ends, I finally found the right physical therapist.
He didn’t just rebuild my body.
He rebuilt my belief that I could get back.
That distinction changed everything.
I’ll never be 100%.
I’ve accepted that.
But I can live. I can work out. I can get on the floor and play with my kids.
That’s my new normal.
And I’m grateful for every bit of it.
If you’re in the middle of a life-changing injury right now
I see you.
It’s brutal. It’s isolating. It’s unfair.
But keep going.
The comeback is messy and slow and nonlinear.
And it’s still possible.
Don’t let anyone, including yourself, convince you otherwise.

I honestly think it's made me a more dangerous manual driver because I'm so used to mostly checking out and trusting it. It takes a bit of time to adjust back when I drive and I catch myself not paying attention the same. (I've had FSD for years).
I hate being without FSD. It's relaxing. I enjoy the ride, checking out and listening to a podcast or book. Huge mental boost.
English

@SuccessWithJake It does 96% of my driving for me. I can't be without it now.
English

@avivafashion11 Good analysis here all the way around haha
English

Well I’m not a big fan of calling anyone a loser, BUT I have to say I totally agree with his logic about taking something off the plate of someone 2 levels above you. Not only is it a smart move, but it selfishly gives you a glimpse into a position you might decide you don’t even want/like. It’s a win-win
English

@realEstateTrent Agree. It is beautiful. Went to college in Westchester!

@KrissBergTweets Lived in Denver for a bit
