West Bengal is the hub of Islamists , communists and TMC goons and security agencies have an uphill task to have free and fair elections in the state. Post poll violence is very common in West Bengal and this time I want security to remain in West Bengal even after the election results are declared so that rape, murder and migration of political workers doesn't happen as it happened last time. I left for bombay at 6.30 am like the hard working professional that I am & stopped the car at 7 am to make this reel as I’ve long realised that silence is not a virtue & one must speak up when they are disrespected. Yes if wrong things happen at any workplace that are against basic human rights, me & all of us should speak up. I don’t care about the personal trolling, I’m used to it last 5 years since shark tank but the purpose of this reel is to request all the proud Indians in this country to start speaking up when they see something wrong, out of humanity, out of patriotism. Jai hind. Now off to another joyful & complex day at work !

This is a failure of POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) compliance, not a religious conspiracy. ​People are aware that workplace harassment is a systemic issue affecting women across industries, regardless of the perpetrator's religion. Using a communal lens distracts from the urgent need to make corporate spaces safer for all women. Entry into firms like TCS is based on rigorous testing and merit. To suggest a coordinated religious "infiltration" insults the professional integrity of the thousands of minority professionals who contribute to India's GDP and tech leadership.
