@SW_Help Why …. You have a fleet of brand new trains , admittedly a lot spend most of there time sitting in yards did you not order enough

@380787AC Good morning, these trains are covering for other trains if a service needs to come out of use. There are only a couple of these units still with us and are here to support the fleet. ^JS

@GWRHelp If there was an announcement I could not hear it very well… even so It’s seems to be a regular theme on this train or I am just unlucky

@380787AC Hi, there is a signalling problem at Clapham Junction which has disrupted some of the lines. ^DM

@SW_Help why is it such a disaster trying to arrive at Clapham junction 10 minutes now waiting to arrive …stuck outside

@SW_Help Maybe someone needs to advise the staff at Staines , because he just opens the gates to anyone who wants to travel I showed nothing but he opened the gate
