Your daily reminder that you are so early to AI. - 84% have never meaningfully touched it - 16% use a free chatbot occasionally - 0.3% pay $20/month - 0.04% use a coding scaffolding - 0.01% are just like you You're building orchestrated agents, running models at 2 am, buying hardware, and compounding your advantage every single day. Meanwhile, 99.9% of people are laughing at Mac mini buyers, OpenClaw users, and home GPU nerds. If you're part of the 0.01%, you are part of the collective building the infrastructure everyone else will depend on. The gap is accelerating. Lock in.

People with ADHD are usually magnesium and GABA deficient. Low GABA/high glutamate levels = overexcited nervous system, muscle tension, and even more tension radiating through the skull due to clenching teeth. What helps me the most is a combination of herbal and nutrient supports. 🪷 GABAergic teas and tinctures: high GABA oolong (this is great for active migraines and headaches), magnolia bark, lemon balm, oat straw or young milky oats, and blue lotus. 💊 Magnesium glycinate and magnesium malate. Glycinate specifically is very effective at converting glutamate into GABA, and malate will help to reduce muscle tension. Likewise, amino acids glycine, l-theanine, and taurine contribute to GABA production.

Apparently, people with ADHD get migraines and headaches at way higher rates than people without ADHD. And nobody tells you this. You just spent years thinking you're unlucky, stressed, or dehydrated. Turns out it's biological. The same dopamine dysfunction that gives you ADHD also makes you more prone to headaches. Plus your ADHD meds can cause headaches. Plus irregular sleep causes headaches. Plus your disorganised eating habits cause headaches. It's headaches all the way down.

Before limited-releasing Claude Mythos Preview, we investigated its internal mechanisms with interpretability techniques. We found it exhibited notably sophisticated (and often unspoken) strategic thinking and situational awareness, at times in service of unwanted actions. (1/14)

@amorriscode Tons of bugs when switching tabs/modes between chat and code and between context Windows. CC will stop showing what it’s working on. Also sometimes the agents will do tasks but never alerts the orchestrator when the agent is done.

The most commonly misunderstood medication out there is probably Amlodipine. Stat doses of this isn't really doing anything. Any BP reduction after 30 min is likely due to rest/pain control. "Amlo stat" in ED is almost always under or overtreatment depending on the scenario.

The bottom of medicine keeps getting lower. My patient with cirrhosis had a GI doc that was completely disrespectful. She asked to meet with someone else--NOT ONE GI CLINIC in ST LOUIS will see our patient until May. They deprioritize "second opinions". Disgusting behavior, and tells you how much money they are making when they are turning away business.

@395ring @BasedBiohacker Theoretically, it’s a type of allergic reaction. Versus liver and kidney toxicity of acetaminophen and NSAIDS respectively, which is acquired damage from overdose or prolonged use. NSAIDS also increase chances of cardiac events.

Bariatric surgery still seems to outperform tirzepatide, the current best available GLP-1RA. But if the preliminary numbers are to be believed, retatrutide will at least match it. At that point, very few people will have any reason to choose bariatric surgery.
Crémieux tweet media
Crémieux@cremieuxrecueil

GLP-1s are affecting bariatric surgeons. The public views GLP-1s as an alternative to bariatric surgery, and as a result, bariatric surgeons are having to take up other types of surgery. In about two years, the bariatric surgery share of their case mix has almost halved!
