After adding meds, I now added the brain with 222 interactive parts. All mapped to the relevant other 2,277 body parts, 8,382 conditions and 2,776 medications. This is starting to be useful in pattern recognition that goes beyond typical isolated diagnosis. Interesting thing was that I did not decide to add a more detailed brain, Founden AI did overnight.

One dev spent $200 on AI and turned it into $100K. 22 year old Indian developer built GTA India. 20,326 copies sold at $5 each. Forget shootouts, the missions are wedding logistics. Hijack the limo convoy, fend off the rival family, get the bride to the temple on time. All while firing out the window of a flower covered SUV. Physics got a rework too. Pile more people onto a bus roof or truck bed, and the handling, balance, suspension all shift with the weight. Built on Unity, using GTA 5 as the base. Claude Code and Python did the heavy lifting on rewriting it. Sometimes the winning move is just making something genuinely funny.

Grok Build just shipped a full game-asset skill suite that uses Grok Imagine. Five skills: game-asset-core game-animation-frames game-character-consistency game-tilesets game-ui-icons You ask for a knight walk cycle. You get a looping frame sequence on a keyable background. Core forces engine-ready defaults you never have to ask for: isolated subjects, flat keyable backgrounds, seamless tiles, no text on UI, edit-chaining the same character instead of regenerating a cousin. Animation is video-first: base sprite → image_to_video → harvest frames → flip-test the loop. Video understands gait, arcs, cloth, and fire. Still-image pose guessing is the fallback. Characters stay identity-locked across turnarounds, damage states, palette swaps, and equipment. One base. Everything else is an edit with a freeze-list. Tilesets get a real 2×2 composite check for seams, repeating motifs, and tone checkerboarding. UI is a system: geometry-identical button states, 32px-legible icon sets under one style contract, 9-slice panels with blank text-ready interiors. Describe the game. The agent ships named, organized, engine-ready files.
