Pakistani friends: Now that I'm staying in Pakistan for a few more days, any suggestions on what I should do and see in my off time? I'd love to take in some cultural experiences, but am still working so need to stay close to Islamabad.

Read it and weep A new report by Aston University reveals that the Indian community is officially the most economically successful migrant group in the UK! From building the post-war NHS to making up 15% of the UK's tech workforce today. The report highlighted that successive generations of Indians have contributed not only to economic growth but also to the strengthening of public services and the UK's global standing. If Artemis II is the furthest humans have ever gone, then what exactly was Apollo 11? If history isn’t clear, what else might not be? #artemis #ArtemisIILaunch

Between 1969 - 1972 NASA travelled to the Moon & back for fun. In 2026 NASA just had to cancel their latest planned trip back to the Moon - Artemis II - which only saw NASA only plan to fly around it. Why? NASA remembered they can't actually get to the Moon, nor have they ever been there.

"Antisemitism and anti-Muslim hatred often rise together. They're different, but they feed off the same politics of fear." Public expressions of faith such as the Trafalgar Square iftar are "not a threat to British life" and "so much a part of our identity", says @RabCharley. @AyeshaHazarika

@roark2020 @NJ_Timothy @SteveReedMP Exactly. majority of Muslims in the UK will be Arab, South Asian or African. This lot are not content with any legal framework that prevents them peddling their prejudice, hence they block definition of Islamophobia and the aged old Tommy Robinson quip of Islam ain’t a race.

That's a serious accusation to make, @SteveReedMP. To which racial group do you believe I was racist? If you can't answer, we'll be free to conclude you're a liar. x.com/ArchRose90/sta…

Car crash interview for Housing Secretary Steve Reed. He branded Nick Timothy’s comments as “racist”. When his lazy accusation was challenged by @CamillaTominey, he referred to other faiths. Christians, Hindus, Jews etc have never had sex-segregated prayers in Trafalgar Square.

@HasAhmed_ @mehdirhasan @KemiBadenoch What’s changed - simple Farage, Tyce & Robinson have taken over the Conservative Party values …I think @andy4wm needs to form the new Prosper party and give the centre right a party whose values are aligned with British Values of decency, respect and fairness.

Instead of simply disagreeing with Nick, these MPs are calling for him to be “investigated”. This is exactly why an Islamophobia definition is so dangerous. People need to be able to disagree and debate without the authorities weighing in.
Nick Timothy MP@NJ_Timothy

This Labour MP wants me investigated and silenced. He makes my case for me. Labour’s rebranded “Islamophobia” definition is designed to censor us. So Mr Khan, here’s my reply: Get lost.

Down that the right have decided to label the country as a Christian country in recent times - they would do well to follow the teachings of the church and the Bishop of Kirkstall
BBC Newsnight@BBCNewsnight

"The fact that Jewish people gather, Sikhs, Muslims gather in public to celebrate... isn't a threat to our nature as a Christian country." The Bishop of Kirkstall disagrees that a public Muslim prayer event was an attempt to "assert... domination" over Christianity. #Newsnight
