• LIE 1: I didn’t take any money. Munawar Faruqui proved this wrong by showing how agencies contacted his manager for the same paid crowdfunding promotion. • LIE 2: He claimed that he only posted a reel and had nothing to do with it afterward. He took money and posted a reel that to carry out a fraud. Indirectly, that makes him part of it. • LIE 3: He said the child’s illness was a genuine case. The case may indeed be genuine, but the real question is: why were influencers being paid for crowdfunding, and what would be done with such a huge amount of money? • ANOTHER BIG QUESTION: If the crowdfunding for a child with a serious illness was genuine, why did Manish Jain provide his foundation’s bank account instead of the child’s parent’s bank account? Why was the money routed to his foundation first, rather than being sent directly to the parent’s bank account? @DelhiPolice @dir_ed @IncomeTaxIndia must investigate.
