Castro wants sanctuary rules that shield criminal violators thus eroding public trust. Meanwhile, budgets are crushed by immigrant welfare use, education, healthcare, and housing for households without full status. Taxpayers foot the bill while services are taken from American citizens. That’s not compassion, and it is unsustainable. Castro’s selective story hides the real game.  Weak enforcement creates chaos, divided communities, and forces locals to clean up the mess.
