@FoxNews Up to what exactly? Is there a more fundamentally useless person than a member of Congress?? They seem to spend their time lining their own pockets than actually working for the people.

@JoshPateCFB College Football still suffers because of its archaic decentralized governance structure - conferences fighting one another for supremacy and control vs one unified entity that could be far more formidable and compelling. Sheer greed will be its undoing.

All the homeschooled kids I met had good non-abusive parents and they went to OK colleges. But the education isn’t the problem they all came out socially maladjusted and unable to talk to other people.

Homeschooling should be illegal. “But I teach my kids better than the state!” Doesn’t matter, the primary purpose of elementary/middle school isn’t to teach it’s to socialize your kid. You can’t do that alone. And this isn’t even mentioning how it can be used to abuse kids

@JoshPateCFB So cool. The sec and big ten will pool their rights only and just lock the others out . Lock them out of the playoff. Only schedule each other and 9 conference games. Or a super league will form with the 25 best of the two.

@RaySquatch @RSanchezPatriot @BillMelugin_ Deep sigh - that is absolutely not what the published jobs report shows. This is why you need to get your information from actual data and not via social media posts - Bill is framing, not reporting.

Rough headline for jobs report. 92k jobs lost in February, big miss from +59k expected. December & January revised to 69k lower than previously reported. BUT - Data shows foreign born workers have lost 519,000 jobs over the last year, while native born workers have gained 128k jobs. Additionally, federal government employment decreased by 10K in February, and is down by 330K, or 11%, since reaching a peak in October 2024.

@RSanchezPatriot @BillMelugin_ There are over 2 million federal employees, how many do you actually know personally or what they do? Federal workers make up roughly 5% of all federal spending, let’s not pretend like you care about how “taxpayers” money is spent…you just want people fired.

@4D_BO @BillMelugin_ The government has been bloated with worthless employees for a long time. Hiring 3 people to do the job of 1 is a waste of taxpayers money. With all the illegal aliens leaving maybe those unemployed government workers can find work.

@RSanchezPatriot @RaySquatch @BillMelugin_ The problem is there are plenty of actual citizens also losing jobs - Bill is trying to frame it otherwise but it simply isn’t true, and those are the jobs that we need to be concerned with.

@RaySquatch @RSanchezPatriot @BillMelugin_ Simple - people need income - they will seek employment - if people lose their jobs they will seek new ones, even in other fields. If you have increasingly more people seeking a smaller amount of available jobs it makes it harder for everyone to keep and find employment.

@RSanchezPatriot @BillMelugin_ Always funny how folks are so unbelievably ignorant - job losses, no matter the field, have downstream consequences for EVERYONE.

@MattWalshBlog Sometimes folks get tired of consuming the endless stream of existential threats we face and just wish to take a moment to think upon the utterly trivial as a way to temporarily escape reality

@Quinn3626 @Rayme_Treudeau @PastorMark @JoelWebbon Correct, there is ONE tree not two - Reformed folks believe in Grafting Theology which aligns perfectly with scripture - folks use the term “Replacement Theology” as a pejorative - a complete strawman that no reformed person actually teaches.

@MattWalshBlog This is a bit hyperbolic - the right does a good job of espousing certain ideals in contrast to the left but don’t back up their words with actual action, the uni-party in DC is very real. As Bongino says - most republicans are really democrats.

"Left and Right are the same!!!!" This is a midwit insight. Surest sign of a 90 IQ. For all the problems on the Right, the fact is that there is a very clear divide between the two sides. They are not the same, or even close to the same. Leftists really do hate this country. They hate western civilization. They hate the institution of the family. They hate your marriage and your children. They want to dismantle it all. Listen to them. They'll tell you. These are not two sides of the same coin. The Left vs Right divide is real and deep.

@MattWalshBlog CGI has been ubiquitous in films for decades now, is AI generated content really that fundamentally different?? I’m certainly critical of AI too but this take seems to be more contrarian for the sake of being contrarian.

I don't understand how anyone can be impressed by this. Okay, wow, an algorithm spit out some images that look kind of real. Okay cool. The fundamental problem with AI content -- and why I will never be interested in an AI movie, no matter how realistic it looks -- is that I just have no interest in the stories that an algorithm tells. I don't want to watch an AI story any more than I want to sit around and listen to ChatGPT tell me about its hopes and dreams. If the story has no soul then it lacks the one and only thing that can make it worthwhile or interesting.

We just made a $200,000,000 AI movie in just one day. Yes, this is 100% AI.

@JonathanTurley Unfortunately - dems will point to a state like Texas to justify the move (even though Texas didn’t invent gerrymandering). There has to be a way to draw districts in a non partisan fashion - I don’t think folks understand just how dangerous this is to the future of the republic.

...This follows the move in Virginia to gerrymander the state so that Republicans, who represent almost 50 percent of voters would get less than 10 percent of the seats. x.com/JonathanTurley…
Jonathan Turley@JonathanTurley

In 2024, over 46% of Virginians voted Republican. Now, the Democrats are moving to gerrymander the state so that 10 out of 11 districts could be Democratic. foxnews.com/politics/virgi… With almost 50% of the voters, the GOP would get less than 10% of the districts...

@jeff_gluck Was it entertaining? Yes was it a truly good race? Ehh….the 500 is a spectacle but the fuel saving results in a lot of riding around and it seems the winner is a product of sheer luck vs skill or performance. Happy racing is back though…

@PeteThamel The same folks pitching a fit over this are the same ones tuning in to watch a couple 6-6 teams play in the taxslayer bowl or whatever with half the team opted out. Every major sport on earth has a larger post season than CFB but somehow it would “ruin” everything lol

Anthony Alfredo, B.J. McLeod and JJ Yeley are in second duel tonight and the best of those three makes the Daytona 500 (LaJoie, CSmith and Mears in first duel). A huge opportunity in Duel 2 for single-car, part-time organizations. Alfredo's thoughts from last night: @NASCARONFOX

@MattWalshBlog It’s all about reframing - they don’t need something to actually be true - they just need a narrative that the general public will be sympathetic to.
