I watched this entirely, and I agree with him. A lot of times, a woman's racial preferences are based on racial stereotypes and social perception of a certain race of men based on her environment. Take a White woman and raise her in Vancouver, Canada, she is going to be 100% closed off to dating a Brown guy because in her upbringing, Indians = Inferior people. She will justify it and act Woke and all of that but she is indeed a racist. Take the same White woman and raise her in a part of the world where prejudice towards Indians is not as severe or even existent, and she will 100% go for a high-value Indian dude. The main thing you must do as a minority is avoid areas where local women and local culture is highly prejudiced towards you.

They also don't want a 19 year old man, but the issue is far more "what do 19 year old women want in general in the west?" Most 19 year old women in the west have essentially zero desire to be a mother anytime soon. 19 year old women who do want to have children soon and value motherhood above all else are far more likely to date even older men than their hedonistic brainwashed counterparts - who are also dating older men, but typically 5-10 years older instead of 10+ years older. Because daddy issues are far more common than a woman who isn't brainwashed, we see that much more commonly. Outside of the west, it is a bit different. Although, 18-22 year old women who are children minded are usually dating 29-34 year old men, not 38+, it is still far more common and is skewed far less towards "daddy issues" But, there's a reason the "sexiest man of the year" almost always has some salt and pepper. It IS what women are most attracted to, at age 19 or age 50. It's just a bit taboo for 19 year olds to date the sexy older men, and most 38 year old men did NOT do the work in their 20s to become sexy AND they are shamed endlessly for dating younger women, so what men and women WANT is often far from what we see happen. Tl;dr: 19 year old women do want (attractive) 38 year old men.
