The "Reta Flu" had me burping and nauseous for a good 12 hours overnight while driving. Drank a lot of water, powered through it, took my 2mg of Ipamorelin and slept 6 hours. 2 mile walk with my son, some kettle bells and curls and 2mg of MOTS-c and it's time for work again. 14 hour fast then yogurt/protein

tesamorelin is the visceral-fat-specific tool, timeline: wk 1-4: not much visible, deeper sleep for some wk 8-12: the deep belly fat starts going, barely touches the fat you can pinch rcts hit ~20% visceral reduction. it reverses if you stop, so it's a maintenance play, not one-and-done.

@DiRTYDeTROiTBOY @vedichi_ I had no bad reactions using it for eight weeks. I stopped for eight weeks and now started ipamorelin for 8 weeks . Stacked with Reta and MOTS-c, I lost an incredible amount of weight in those eight weeks!

24 hours after going up to 7mg of Reta (new vial, as well), I'm experiencing some nausea and indigestion. I did get down some yogurt and protein powder and some electrolytes, but it's going to be a long night in the truck. Hey, at least I know it's working!

@bigredpeps That's great news!!! I'll still snore from time to time, but that's when I'm just exhausted from being awake way too long

I think maybe I worded it improperly and or you took it too personal. As someone who spent over 30 years making weight for wrestling, military and combat sports I understand food noise and awful food relationships better than most. I had the nutritional tools and knowledge for decades but couldn’t silence the food noise even bulking at near 5000 calories. After 4 months microdosing Reta it’s been gone for almost 7 months.

A question for all the people I see talking about GLP usage. Have you tried cutting body fat without and failed in the past? Did you deploy it immediately or wait until you got super uncomfortable? I used Reta at an average of 1mg a week but did it for my last gain phase to manage my bloodwork so I sort of did it backwards. I found that even the small dose like I did for about 4 months fixed my hunger signaling now even 6 months post usage. I see a lot of crazy high dosage for GLP and just wonder if maybe people have over shot the compounds effectiveness and maybe need to back off and see if the compounds effectiveness changed habits or it’s just a crutch.

@rorynotsorry What about the middle age non-working out struggling with obesity population guy turning himself into the optimizing crowd guy, like me? Up to 7mg Reta weekly. Plan on upping to 8 in two weeks and staying there for 4-6 weeks. Down 100 pounds and counting

Average dose of a GLP1 is going to be higher in the middle age non-working out struggling with obesity population relative to the optimizing crowd that is more prevalent on X. When you think about it, this makes sense… obesity basic is basically a condition where your innate hormone and receptors are not working as well as non-obese people. They have stronger food noise, they feel hunger more intensely. Of course these people will need higher doses to feel the same effects. These people make up a much smaller percentage of people on X, but a much larger percentage in the real world. This is what everyone misses when they talk about dosage on this app. This is why there is such a disparity between the average Peptide talk on X versus the actual data in medical studies. The studies are performed on people that are struggling with severe obesity. There is no one size fits all. The perfect dose is the one that makes you healthier. Ignore the noise.

we've been eating carbs, fats, red meat and sugar for 100s - millions of years...but it's only in the last 50 years that chronic disease has skyrocketed from < 20% of people to over 60%. Something is poisoning us and it's not those things.

Hotels are infinitely better than Airbnbs. They’re cheaper. No chores, no cleaning fees, no insane surprise rules, no mystery stains, and no host pretending to be your new best friend. Just check in, sleep, and leave. The way it should be.

@PepsUncensored Went up too fast one week with Reta (my wife and I jumped up 2-3mg each) and both experienced jittery anxiety 4 days in, along with complete drop in energy level 4 days later. 24 hours we were both useless.

Curious how many have experienced anxiety or adhedonia while taking a GLP?

@bo_joust I'm thinking the weight, because gaining the weight is when I stopped breathing in my sleep and snoring like diesel locomotive. I fought getting a c-pap (I have a CDL and needed it to keep my license) but that machine is amazing. But not needed in it SO MUCH BETTER 😊

@500ghosts The sleep apnea fix is something I've seen from a few others. Do you think that its just the weight coming off, or did you see the apnea improve ahead of the scale?

@vedichi_ 💯- I was a slave to the junk food aisles at truck stops. I'd eat stupid shit and feel terrible for hours. EVERY NIGHT, knowing damn well it was wrong and stupid. Reta stopped that immediately. it's like a super willpower serum!!!

GLP-1s get marketed on weight, and then the thing that changes your life is the food noise going quiet. plenty of people would stay on for that alone and never mention the scale.

Quote from a recent post from @BonesawMD -- "There is ZERO virtue in struggling w/ your weight for years bc you want to be validated by others for doing it the "right way" — whatever tf that means. Stop being chubby and cringe. A lot of the people I know IRL who were on Tirz/Reta have been off it for months now: ALL have either maintained or literally gotten leaner"

Being ridiculously fat, out of shape, eating entire pizzas, being out of breath, constant vicious heartburn, always making excuses and procrastinating ... That entire mindset & funk that I was in CHANGED after Reta. It's a tool to initiate MASSIVE life changes!

@BowTiedPep The blame lies DIRECTLY on the food we eat. The uptick in autism started in the 90's when food became seed oil based, farms blasted with chemicals, animals filled with antibiotics and plastics in everything we consume. Simple as that. It's the food.

Serious question: Any time we go to social events where children are present there are multiple kids who are clearly autistic/somewhere on the spectrum… I don’t remember these kids when I was growing up so, what’s the deal?

Would you recommend Reta or other GLPs to someone you know will NOT make any life changes (nutrition and exercise)? If they’ll continue to eat garbage and not work out? They’d likely still lose significant weight and experience most of the ancillary health benefits but won’t be optimized. What are your thoughts?
