These are the same people that work for you or are your co-workers. Everyone is entitled to their POV, but these same feelings, even if they are not said out-loud, are heard loud and clear at work.

Let me help you out and give you my thoughts on DEI 1. Diversity Good businesses look where others don't, to find the employees that will put your business in the best possible position to succeed. You may not agree, but I take it as a given that there are people of various races, ethnicities, orientation, etc that are regularly excluded from hiring consideration. By extending our hiring search to include them, we can find people that are more qualified. The loss of DEI-Phobic companies is my gain. 1a. We live in a country with very diverse demographics. In this era where trust of businesses can be hard to come by, people tend to connect more easily to people who are like them. Having a workforce that is diverse and representative of your stakeholders is good for business.

@robwitwer @DENAirport As a 2x-a-month flyer from DIA, I agree. But: DEN never expected to be the 3rd busiest airport in the WORLD at this point. It needs to adapt as quickly as possible (another APM, update worn-out high-traffic areas, new terminal, add capacity on Pena, etc.) to keep up with growth

Never thought I’d say this, but LAX is an all-around better airport experience than DIA at this point. Peña Boulevard is a permanent traffic jam, no parking (but 100s of spaces gated off), security lines wrap around the baggage claim, &c. Is this the new normal @DENAirport?

@pannill I've done it both ways -legit hospital-based infectious disease clinic and passport health. Both are expensive. Passport was cheaper. Plus they will Rx whatever else you want, so stock up!!
