@babancat @Fox_ESS_ Same here, battery offline, so we're full grid using. Contacted my installer, and yes it's a firmware update failure, second time in a few months for me.

@Fox_ESS_ Are we correct in assuming the FoxESS server is down? No updating data on my FoxCloud app, just dashes. My EV charger says panels still exporting at the moment though.
