@TfL are there service problems on the SL9 again? Should have been two buses pull up in the time I’ve been waiting, no service notifications online, care to shed any light on the situation??

@Starbucks very annoying heading over to a store that is listed as open, to find that only the drive-thru is open and the store is closed! Not very helpful when planned to do some work while enjoying a coffee!

@TfL waited 20 min for the bus to arrive and now he’s not in service, these are meant to be the express buses and there’s not enough on this route as it is, really not cool to do that to us!

I ended up removing the seat cushion and sitting on my blanket and pillow on the metal frame of the seat, to feel normal again. I dare to think how a large passenger feels in those seats. You need to revert to the old 2 inch cushions.

@AmericanAir the new Economy seat cushions on the 787 are too thick! It feels unsafe sitting so high, my shoulders dont fit under the headrest at its highest setting, my elbows couldnt reach to the armrests without me slouching uncomfortably and I need my seatbelt fully extended!

That’s 3 now! What is going on?!

@HMRCcustomers if I call at 5:30 being told the wait time is approximately 20min and it takes longer to answer my call (beyond 6pm) don’t just cut me off, you have a duty to answer. My wait time was quoted to fall within your opening hours, so do me that honour at the very least!

@CamdenCouncil seems you might need to do more maintenance on your website, since it’s nearly 3hrs since the maintenance should have been completed and yet the site is still not working!!

@FlixBus On three occasions I’ve witnessed your drivers being overly aggressive on the road, on one occasion the driver was following uncomfortably close behind me, and I know that I needed to brake sharply, that coach would have failed to stop quick enough and ploughed into me!

I’d like to get a refund, this was a waste of time, I’m going to do testing elsewhere.

@bryan_johnson biomarker blood test purchases aren’t generating the labs paperwork emailed. I purchased yesterday but have no way to book my blooddraw, I tried visiting a Labcorp location and they couldn’t access my order.

@LBHF when are you going properly deal with the traffic issue on Wood Lane, there is a clear failure of traffic management that continues to be left unresolved due to poor use of traffic control systems and atrocious planning.

@TfL Nasty fumes coming from this bus, this shouldn’t be driving down the streets like this!
