Brennan says he isn't calling any witnesses in rebuttal. I guess there is no need since he was able to testify to the lack of dog DNA and presence of pig DNA. On one hand, I am surprised he didn't want to re-call Welcher. On the other - I get it.

Just catching up... another change, another edited report/presentation, another problem stemming from Burgess. This time - the judge allows a voir dire which I find interesting. Is she starting to realize how bad all this is from the CW? Even if these experts are great and their information is accurate, the way they are handling the prep for this trial just ain't it. @LawyerYouKnow I believe they had to bring a private prosecutor for future plausible deniability. They are going to allow him to tred the grey areas in this case in ways they would never allow their own which would damage the department's reputation
