We can be friends, we do not worship the same God. We certainly do not face the same eternity. Islam seeks carnal fulfillment even in its end, it is allowed to do things the God of the Bible finds abhorrent and strictly forbids. There are very friendly Muslims, I know many. Aside from Jesus they are lost, the Jesus in the Quran did not die on a cross, nor was sacrificed for anyone's sin. Islam teaches their Jesus will return and tell all Christians that they believe wrong. We do not worship the same God, Islam is straight for Satan.
