He was 23 years old when he was drafted, and here’s his game against the Lakers.
If you think Yaxel Lendeborg can’t come into and make a notable difference in the league at 6’10”, 240 pounds, with zero weaknesses in his game, I don’t know what to tell you.
His age is the only thing keeping Yaxel from going number 1…
… and that’s a pretty good case for him to be the number one overall pick if you ask me.

@GeneralManagerO I would be incredibly surprised if Nique gets an extension past his rookie contract. Not a shooter, not a shot creator, not a defender. Hard to make a living in the league as a wing without checking at least one of those boxes.

God damn tell us how you really feel 😂 I agree way overpaid even if healthy. But he tries his ass off, his finishing isn’t terrible, and he’s most definitely a leader. Shooting sucks, playmaking leaves a lot to be desired, I always thought his D was good but don’t watch enough Magic.
