Such conduct amounts to harassment and is against fair recovery practices. Recovery follow-ups must be conducted in a lawful and dignified manner. @SBICard_Connect Received abusive recovery calls for my SBI Card ending 7843 on 20 Feb 2026 at 11:11 & 11:20 AM from mob no 9216759005. Caller “Banti Pandit” claimed to be from SBI Card and used abusive language.

@ICICIBank @ICICIBank_Care Your recovery agent have illegally accessed my contact list and calling my personal contacts, misbehaving and intimidating them. the caller clearly used ICICI Bank name but refused to disclose any agency. This is a serious privacy breach and harassment.

@IDFCFIRSTBank This appears to be clear collusion — placing a lien on a customer’s account, and when the customer asks for the arbitration execution order, refusing to provide it. In practice, you are marking a lien based only on an arbitrator’s order, even though execution authority legally rests with the court. Please clarify under what legal provision this action has been taken and share the execution order with the customer. FYI @RBI #KKV

When the customer asked him to speak in the same tone face-to-face, the agent started using abusive language. The agent called for payment; the customer clearly stated he is unable to pay at the moment. After that, the agent disconnected the call, called again from another number, and started abusing the customer badly. Later, you may claim that these numbers do not belong to your recovery agency — this has become a routine excuse. Will you please stop this nonsense? The customer is currently facing financial difficulty and will pay later, but harassment and abuse are completely unacceptable.
