@Argos_Online you lot need to educate your drivers. He was sure what he was doing was legal that he could park there for 20mins. Lorries can park for up to 20 mins or so provided a) there are no road signs saying they can't and b) they're not blocking the road.......

My problem is that I didn't want it and it was cancelled and now its my problem. I spoke to customer care this am and they said I could return instore. It's a joke. Anyway, I just walked out of the store and left the phone there. Ridiculously poor customer service.

@Tesco you guys are unbelievable. Tesco mobile customer service is appalling. You're colleague ordered me a phone which was cancelled while i was in store but it still arrived at mine anyway. Now I can't return the phone instore because it was ordered online......

I can only see what you want me to see. I'm trying to remain your customer but I'm seriously looking elsewhere. Your staff don't know the products and you app/website doesn't give the full details to allow me to make an informed decision.

@OctopusEnergy you guys need to sort stuff out. Just spent 40mins talking to one of your staff and she told me as a continuing customer I wasn't eligible for 15p/kwh but as a new customer I was!! Isn't that illegal? Neither can I see all options for new deals ...... cont. >

@Tesco Not really, it was down 3 weeks ago and not working again today. Embarrassing last time and embarrassing today. My wife had to leave me at the till, go outside and use her data to download the app and then come back in, holding up 2 sets of customers. So no, all was not OK!

@Tesco just had an embarrassing shop for the 2nd time. Try to pay using clubcard plus app and it failed, again! So we're stuck at the till trying to pay, glared at by other shoppers all because your system isn't working! Neither does the store wifi! Sort it out!!

@EmilyMayTV your recent piece on school transport echoes the problems we had in suffolk. Can I ask you to tell the lady, Jo to appeal and check that route software as the one that scc used had us going down private roads and missing footpaths. It wasn't fit for purpose thanks.
