And said the cop needs more training. You don’t perform that type of trip if you don’t know what the fuck you’re doing, essentially on a drunk man.

The Pope isn’t the final authority to Catholics on all matters. His authority is strictly spiritual — limited to Church doctrine. When he speaks on politics, he’s just sharing a personal opinion. It’s not official Church teaching. Catholics are NOT bound by it. You can support Trump for political reasons and still be a faithful Catholic under the Pope’s spiritual authority.

If they are uncooperative like this guy, then they go to the gound. I am not saying its right, I am saying its how they're trained.
