@PoseluznyTravis @WestJet Our family was in the same situation from our flight on Sunday. I went to the Cancun airport last night and spent 4hrs waiting after yesterday's flight landed. Took upon myself to go to the westjet office in the back hallway to look through what was over 100 bags for ours!

@WestJet I have sent 3 direct messages regarding my lost luggage from the YEG to CANCUN fly that was loaded without any luggage. No one is responding I have I no idea where my bags are. Can someone please reach out.
