C10s⁉️ | Officers from the South African Police Service have seized a vehicle that was found at the home of the son of former Zimbabwe President Robert Mugabe.
The vehicle is not a police car, but it was fitted with a police siren and white flashing lights, which are only allowed on authorised emergency vehicles.
Officers came across the car as it was leaving the premises while they were returning to continue searching for a missing firearm. The vehicle had three occupants inside, two men and one woman.
Police stopped the car and later seized it as part of their ongoing investigation.

JUST IN | The ZRP have deployed armed officers, including police dogs, outside Tendai Biti’s offices in Milton Park.
Biti is the leader of the Constitution Defenders Forum, a group that is opposing proposed constitutional changes that could allow President Mnangagwa to remain in office beyond 2030.
It is not yet clear why the police are stationed outside his offices.
@PoliceZimbabwe, any comment?

@IranObserver0 This is financial warfare, not symbolism. If China really pulls back from U.S. Treasuries, borrowing gets pricier and the debt problem gets uglier fast.
Seems power now moves through balance sheets not speeches anymore.

@Cde_Ostallos Why do we mix up issues here? Isn't that the guy was arrested for a reason and there is evidence. Was he not arrested in SA. Leaders should respect the law lest we mislead out people. He is no different from other citizens. He just needs to prove his innocence.

I was once arrested with Hon. Job Sikhala and all l can say is that he has endured more than most, all because of his undoubtable conviction to see a better Zimbabwe. For over three decades, he has walked in constant contact with danger, yet he continues to fight.
His life has been one of torment and torture, spent in the cruel hands of a brutal regime in Harare. Out of more than 90 false charges brought against him, he was acquitted in all, never compensated, never offered even a word of apology. Instead, they mocked and vilified him, turned him into cartoons and jokes told by regime troglodytes whose future he has sacrificed everything to defend.
After spending more than a year in prison, he could have chosen the easier path, to retreat into private life. But that is not the life of a revolutionary. That is not the life of a fighter. You fight, no matter the cost!
They tormented him, his family, his spirit and when that was not enough, they pursued him even beyond our borders, into South Africa. Tonight, his future once again hangs in uncertainty.
Of everything, Wiwa has been more than a comrade! We have laughed together. We have shared cells, buried comrades, canvassed for the movement, and celebrated small victories.
We can only look ahead with the conviction that one day, the people of Zimbabwe shall indeed be free!
In solidarity,
Free Wiwa!
