THE FLAME AND THE DARKNESS
Bruce Mayrock and Deborah Samuel: Two Fires Burning in Nigeria’s Long Night
EXCERPT>>
Bruce Mayrock and Deborah Samuel Yakubu never knew each other, never lived in the same century, never stood on the same continent. But they are bound by the same fire — one witness who chose the flame, one who had it chosen for her — both flickering light into a darkness the world decided in 1969 was not worth stopping.
The world looked away from Bruce Mayrock’s burning body and decided oil investments were a more important argument. So the darkness never confronted.
It wrote itself into a Nigerian constitution that mentions Sharia and Islamic terms 165 times and Christianity zero. It built a presidential palace with two mosques and no chapel. It burned twenty thousand churches. It has slaughtered more than 125,000 Christians since 2009.
And one spring morning in Sokoto, a girl thanked Jesus on a group chat.
The darkness that Bruce died to warn us about did what it has always done: it dragged her outside and burned her to death.

The slogan “Islam is a religion of peace” didn’t begin to be circulated and stated until the past few decades in which Islamic Jihad began to take over the world and spread its fangs across continents. For generations, this idea that Islam was THE religion of peace, was never stated. It is a product of violent Islamic Jihad expanding and the need for public image correction.

Everybody come outside o!
@HQNigerianArmy is taking a citizen to court for asking for better welfare for the soldiers.
Terrorists are not being taken to court but rehabilitated.
Make it make sense.
SHAME ON THE NIGERIAN ARMY!

@DrShayPhD Roman catholic is a fraternity whereby its participants are called parishioners while headed by a Frater(fr) many have been deceived

I began researching the Catholic Church [and by extension, the Papacy] years ago for a book. I applied all my doctoral-level research training: analyzing case studies, historical records, peer-reviewed journals, library archives, and even reviewing hours of newspaper clippings on microfiche.
What I uncovered was and is deeply troubling. In all sincerity, I place papal Rome on a level comparable to some of the worst terror organizations. Yes, as far as brainwashing, indoctrinating, conditioning, programming, manipulating members, and bloodshed.
At the same time, I see the genuine ignorance of its members and feel sympathy for them. If they truly understood what I have uncovered, the Catholic Church would have far fewer followers, I assure you.
I cannot tell you the name of my book just yet, but it is coming out very soon.

@PeterObi @iamklausenburg It will also be perfect to say that 80% of civil servants, including the efcc, are criminals and 419ers

EFCC's Troubling Revelation on Our Students.
The worrisome statement by the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that 6 out of every 10 Nigerian university students are involved in “419” is deeply troubling and must not be taken lightly.
Nigeria already has a very limited number of students in higher institutions, estimated at 2 to 2.5 million. If indeed about 60% of them, roughly 1.4 million young people, are involved in fraud, then we are not just facing a crime issue; we are confronting a serious moral and systemic failure.
The question we must ask ourselves is: what has brought us to this level? Who are the role models these students are looking up to?. What values are they learning from society?
We must understand that young people become what they consistently see. When a system appears to reward wrongdoing, when integrity is not upheld, and when those in leadership are associated with allegations of forgery and dishonesty without consequence, it sends a dangerous message.
It suggests that hard work does not matter, and that results, by any means, are acceptable. These points clearly point to a collapse of moral values.
As Socrates rightly said, “An unexamined life is not worth living.” Nigeria must now examine itself.
This is not about condemning our young people. It is about accepting that leadership sets the tone. If we do not demonstrate integrity at the top, we cannot expect it at the bottom.
We must urgently rebuild our value system, enforce accountability without bias, and create an environment where honesty, hard work, and discipline are rewarded. That is the only sustainable path to securing the future of our nation.
A new Nigeria is POssible! -PO

So yesterday evening at exactly 8:55pm, I was at the filling station, I got a full tank which was around 86k and was about to pay but it kept saying Declined & my Gtb bank app wouldn't even open.
Had to park by the side cus I can't leave until I pay them. I then started sending my very close friends multiple text via WhatsApp in their private dms to help me pay and I’ll refund soon as my bank app opens.
I was suprised All 7 of them were ready to come through and they all asked for the filing station bank details.
The point is, it’s very important that you surround your self with capable people that would trust you & be able to come through for you even during money emergencies cus people don’t even borrow others money lately due to how hard the country is

IGBOS: RESIST THE TEMPTATION OF APPEARING AS "EVERYBODY'S ENEMY". IT'S DANGEROUS.
I know I might be considered controversial especially because my messages are often too blunt and direct.
But that's who I am.
I consider it an act of wvckedness to see things going wrong among us and pretend so that you'll love me.
You don't have to love me, but listen to the truth I am going to say here now once more.
In every polygamous family, that wife and her children who make themselves everybody's enemy always regret it .
My grandfather married three wives , so I know what I am talking about.
The experience is not always funny at all .
Many of you have been radicalized and you're walking about with hate created by wrong information you've been fed
Let me educate you a bit .
No one is against the igboman in Nigeria.
Three things are our problems.
1. We allowed those who wanted to pursue their selfish interests to manipulate late us .
Ojukwu wanted power.
A conflict he and others would have resolved by just sending a delegation to the North and West and other parts of Nigeria immediately after the January 15 coup, he instead turned it into a political tool using propaganda.
Uwazurike came , spread his own propaganda and got many of you to make him rich.
You were paying dues to equip his armed militia.
Imagine how many Igbo keeled by MASSOB?
Nnamdi Kanu came and you people made him God over Igboland.
What's the result?
30k Igbos dead.
Businesses and investments worth over $25 B destroyed.
How come those who claim they want to liberate Igbos make Igbos their victims?
Why do we keep repeating old mistakes and claim to be the wisest people in Nigeria?
2. We're too quick to accept propaganda and be deceived.
I don't know whether it's in our nature or we were nurtured to be nàive and too emotional.
Dr Nnamdi Azikiwe thought us that the way to survive in a polygamous family is by being friends with others and building alliances.
That's why Igbos kept being influencial from 1960-1966.
Even after we fought the civil war, we got back to power in 1979.
And from 1999 till 2015 we never left the corridor of power.
Is that the Nigeria that hates the igboman?
And since we abandoned that principle Dr Zik thought us and adopted the title of "public enemy" , where are we now?
3. Let's abandon Arrøgance and pride.
See, many of us who brag about Igbos being the richest in Nigeria and the wisest people are not really exposed.
I consider those who behave like that and say those things to be people who know nothing yet.
The Bible said wisdom is shown by its fruits.
Can we in all honesty say that our actions and behaviors have demonstrated wisdom?
They way we love fake news?
The way we hate truth?
The way we insult people online?
The way we allow ourselves be deceived and manipulated?
The way we demonstrate a lack of emotional intelligence towards the death or sufferings of people we disagree with?
The way we openly act like the same Islamic Jihadists we don't like?
Where is the wisdom my people?
Show me!
We claim to be protectors of Christianity but where is the love that Jesus preached?
All we display is hate not love .
Christianity is about love .
Talking about wealth?
What do you know about Nigeria?
Some of us have moved around Nigeria and I can tell you that if you know Nigeria you'll stay humble.
I have heard Senator Rochas Okorocha and Engr Arthur Eze say that "Most igbo rich people were made rich by the North and West."
Is that the Nigeria that hates the igboman?
Some of you just run around and make enemies online of people you should learn and earn from.
Have you not noticed that enlightened and rich Igbos don't join you in all your bad behavior?
Haven't you stayed calm one day to ask why is it that so so persons are not with you in all these your behaviors?
You should do so and learn from them.
Don't let us not be the empty drum that makes the loudest noise.
Take this advice and Igboland will
