Mayor of Carmel Sue Finkam says data from the schools show that Carmel has people from 90 different countries that speak over 100 languages.

The first thing they ask her to do is say "Sat Sri Akal" which is a Sikh greeting that translates to "God is the Ultimate Truth" or "The Eternal is Truth." Also, its sounds like they are asking Sue what programs she has so Punjabis are the "next faces" of Carmel. Funny how they call themselves "Hoosiers" and they aren't from this country.
