News: The president has informed Pam Bondi that her time as AG is nearing an end, multiple sources tell me. Formal announcement hasn’t yet come aka all the normal caveats that he could change his mind apply; he’s been speaking with advisors on a possible replacement in recent days (as others have reported this week) and Bondi is aware of that as well.

The AN/TPY-2 isn’t “just” a THAAD radar. It’s also a vital integration link to all of our other interceptors. It’s one of our best tools for target discrimination (missile vs decoy) and it’s got a range of over 1000 km.
Missile defense relies on sensor layering.

It’s true, we’re bombing the hell out of Iran, but this war isn’t as one sided as they’d have you believe. In a week, the US has lost at least two (possibly more) AN/TPY-2 radar.
We have less than 15 of them and they take years to make.
