The Adjudicator for example would become a competitive yet not overpowered option if it had heavy pen. The Eruptor and Senator would still very much have their roles (explosive, and high damage)

@ItsThatRayGuy @vapertvaping An example of a balanced weapon is the trident. It's fun, effective on all fronts, has reasonable drawbacks, a definite intended role (excellent chaff clear) but there are still reasons to use something else while also not totally crippling it in sub-optimal conditions.
