@sweatystartup Your company policy should sort that at work. But you not liking ​their political views is equally political. What happened to freedom of choice.

For me, as a business owner, its a huge red flag when you’re about to hire somebody and you check their social media channels to find super right or left wing political stances. Just feels like a risk that isn’t worth taking as an employer. Am I wrong in thinking this way?
