When did #AAA get so bad? Waited for a tow truck. One never arrived. Now waiting over 30 mins to be re-re-routed to another company. They said it takes time for dispatch to call companies. But I could find one myself in 5 mins. So frustrating #towtruck @AAAClubAlliance @AAAnews @AAASoCal #badcustomerservice
