Airports Authority of India, under its CSR initiative, along with India Turns Pink @indiaturnspink, launched the Pune Chapter at Pune Airport @aaipunairport to promote breast cancer awareness and early screening support for women. The initiative will provide free awareness and screening support to women from 10 surrounding villages, strengthening healthcare outreach and empowering communities through preventive care and awareness.

Following WHO’s declaration of the Ebola outbreak as a Public Health Emergency, @DGCAIndia has issued SOPs for Ebola preparedness at Indian airports. AAI International Airports have strengthened health surveillance measures for passengers arriving from or transiting through affected countries, including DR Congo, Uganda and South Sudan, with mandatory self-declaration and health screening protocols in place.

दरभंगा हवाई अड्डे से शाही लीची को मिली नई उड़ान बिहार की मिठास पहुंचेगी देशभर के बाजारों तक मुजफ्फरपुर की GI टैग प्राप्त शाही लीची को दरभंगा हवाई अड्डे @aaidarairport से देश के बड़े शहरों जैसे दिल्ली, मुंबई अहमदाबाद और हैदराबाद पहुंचेगी। @flyspicejet के माध्यम से 200 Kg शाही लीची की यह खेप रवाना की गई। बिहार की प्रसिद्ध शाही लीची को राष्ट्रीय बाजारों से जोड़ने की दिशा में यह एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है, जिसका लाभ किसानों और व्यापारियों को मिलेगा। इस सफल कार्गो संचालन के साथ दरभंगा हवाई अड्डा उत्तर बिहार के उभरते कृषि कार्गो केंद्र के रूप में अपनी नई पहचान बना रहा है।
