@DarrenArsenal1 Any update on getting pics with trophy?

Arsenal continue to pose record numbers through the store and online - not just the new kit, club have been calling into other clubs for reserves of lettering and other new suppliers on board for printing / manufacturing. The new kit will eclipse any record the club had on D2C sales and moreso globally will become the biggest selling kit in the clubs history if the demand continues. Nearly two weeks and huge lines 2-3hrs at least daily to print, and 40 mins wait just to pay. Online has been just as busy and club saying delays to be expected on some items. One group of tourists from HK, walked out with 22 kits. Obviously people can buy items elsewhere, but people choosing to want success/i was there photos at ground as part of thier visit to London.

Been told the supporters club they told the club weren’t allocated them. Corrupt to the very end!

@TLG861 @DarrenArsenal1 @DanielArsenal1 That’s correct. SC’s (at least ones I’m aware of) have been told it has to be the named member. No transferring. Should’ve happened a long time ago.

@DarrenArsenal1 @DanielArsenal1 In what way? We’re told SC held back tickets are no different to the rest of us - they are individuals with credits. Is this person simply moaning that they can’t dish out tickets to whoever they want?

@Wonka17_ @CharlieDearAFC Correct. You just have to make sure whenever that person downloads the Uefa Ticket App (the week of the game) that they use a phone that they will be taking to the game. They can then transfer to anyone they wish. Or just keep on their phone if you’re nervous about transferring!

@Wonka17_ @CharlieDearAFC Hi both, from my understanding of previous UEFA events- tomorrow you will only need one person to log in (make sure this is a named ST holder), they are then able to add in all access codes, but will not need to specify any further details as to who these will eventually be sent

@ABR0512 @TonyUdall1 i assume one account is fine if said person is booking for everyone. But everyone will eventually need a ticketing account to be able to download it to the app

Correct if wrong AFC send code Logon UEFA site 1pm. Enter code Select number of tickets in the Cat required Add other codes for more tickets Pay UEFA send ticket download codes in the week before the game Each person downloads via UEFA App Only then you know where you are sitting

@TonyUdall1 Almost. Each code is linked to only 1 ticket, so for each code I believe you can only select a quantity of 1. To add a second ticket you have to add the next code. Other than that spot on.

Family of 4 behind me last night paid £12,000 to be there last night. Official package.

Seems to be a big outage on ticket hub. Club aware May need to delete and reinstall
