@ACTFibernet upgraded to my act plan which includes free mesh routers, but i received regular routers when i contacted CS they told me these are Mesh routers I'm pretty sure of difference between wifi extender and a mesh router . Does act think customers are fools?

@ViCustomerCare My sim stopped working all of a sudden Y'day noon.I called CS they said to replace sim which will charge around 75RS. I visited VI store to replace , they said it'll cost around 200. I'm just wondering why i have to pay this when there's isnt any fault in my end

@AxisMaxLifeIns @AxisMaxLifeIns would you care to explain how all my complaints for the refund are closed and i havent received the refund yet. The recent resolution that i received was the one which didnt work earlier. Why dont you check what went wrong earlier and provide a better solution .

@NadeemGaikwad @maxlife @MaxLifeIns Even i'm encountering the same issue . Cant reach out to your customer support through any channel. No Chat service for customers, though it's available before you purchase a plan. No response to emails. IVR asks OTP and session terminates before OTP delivery

@MaxLifeIns #CustomerExperience #insurance i've paid the premium for 2 Max Policies on 5-12-2023. Since then I've been trying to download a statement for both indicating the trans details. But the portal is showing no statement available. No resolution frm CS aswell
