Not true at all. Your posts are all over the place. The Bulls said he was terminated for “conduct detrimental to the team,” which is rather vague from an HR standpoint. Your statement that “an employer has every right to part from someone who isn't good at their job and also a problem” may be true, but that was not the reason given by Chicago. Clearly, the Bulls believe that having religious beliefs contrary to the organization’s LGBTQ values is “detrimental.”
