Wondering how Class Members will receive compensation? If you’re eligible for compensation, the Administrator will send you a letter to confirm your eligibility along with a Compensation Payment Form. The choice is yours. If you would like the payment to be deposited directly into your bank account, the account must be active and in your name. Today I joined @ChiefsofOntario and @NANComms to sign a landmark agreement reforming child and family services in Ontario. Through good faith and collaboration First Nations kids in Ontario will have a better chance to succeed, surrounded by their communities and culture.

And the vote is in!!!! The Agreement has been passed! A historical landmark agreement has been achieved by the Leadership of Ontario for the benefit of our children!!!!!@AnishNation

This afternoon, we set up a roadblock on the Mountain Highway off-ramp, stopping vehicles that had snow on top of their vehicles. In just an hour, we pulled over about 45 drivers, gave them a friendly warning, and even lent them a brush to clear off their frosty rooftops. Friendly reminder: Leaving snow on your vehicle—including the windshield, windows, and roof—isn’t just a bad look, it’s a hazard for everyone on the road. Oh, and it could also land you a $173 fine. So, let’s keep it clean out there!

@RobertFife I can never read the articles from Bob in the link even if I would sit and watch an advertisement. So I need to buy a copy and finding a hard copy Globe and Mail newspaper is near impossible. I miss the days it was delivered to my door but those days are long gone.

6 days ago I had open heart surgery. Today I’m home. Love to my family & friends for their support. Thanks to the Doctors and Nurses at Vancouver General Hospital for the amazing work they did every day. Ill heal soon & ready to get back to working harder than ever @VCHhealthcare

Today is my last day at @PSPC_SPAC. PSPC colleagues, goodbyes are never easy. My experience at the department has been inspiring, engaging and gratifying. I want to thank the thousands of committed public servants working here.

I know this has been going on forever but I'm still surprised when I see the extra charges for tickets. Service fee? Processing fee? And it adds about 10% to the bill.

@LisaSingerUBC @tamarataggart @Kashyyk And not just disabilities. They are also there to support students needing supports for diabetes and other conditions. Means often the parents have to take time off work to avoid their child from being unable to participate.

@tamarataggart @Kashyyk This is the exact role of an EA. They are trained to support students with disabilities, they often take students swimming, and they can do things like help students change clothes that teachers cannot. In Surrey, all EAs have to be prepared to take students swimming. /1

The agreement includes providing nearly $150 million over five years to Peerless Trout, Loon Lake and Lubicon First Nations from the federal government, helping to bring their children home and affirm their inherent right to self determination over their children and families.

Yesterday in Peerless Trout First Nation, I met with leaders, elders and members of three First Nations in the beautiful new school to sign our agreement to implement Awaśak Wiyasiwêwin, their children's law, representing a new day for the children of these nations.
