ordered a dishwasher from @MarksElectrical around this time yesterday after being let down by @appliancesdirect twice this week and they delivered just after 10 this morning. Great Service


@appliancesdirect You deliver a damaged microwave. Only one email from you. I need either replacement or collection of damaged goods and a refund.


Ordered a new @SamsungUK TV from @AppliancesDirect next day for £16 delivery charge. Useless - didn’t even turn on! No apology just a logistical nightmare to return it and a wait of 10 days for refund! Should of gone to @currys
