Sony’s decision to stop making physical PlayStation games after January 2028 is now being used against the company in a major lawsuit. The lawsuit, seeking $457 million in damages, argues that Sony can no longer claim players have the option to buy physical copies if they don’t like PlayStation Store prices. Once new games are no longer released on disc, the PlayStation Store will become the main place to buy new PlayStation games. Law professor Daniel Wallach told that Sony has “essentially destroyed its own defense,” because the company can no longer point to physical discs as an alternative for consumers.

Community noted. We all know this isn't the case. She captured the bird and then looked up to capture another. We all know she didn't rescue the bird, she killed it and put it in the sheet. Everyone was quick to judge this amazing Muslim woman for "catching" a seagull in a blanket. Turns out she was rescuing it. The young gull had fallen from a roof, and she was trying to get it safely back to a flat rooftop so it could reunite with its mother. A reminder that short clips don't always tell the whole story. 🐦❤️

@ActivePatriotUK This does not align with the original video which shows a bird with an adult size wingspan, not a fledging who is unable to fly. The bird the woman was wrestling into the sack/blanket would have been able to fly. What this means now I cannot say, but something is amiss here.

🚨 WOMAN WAS RESCUING SEAGULL, NOT STEALING IT A video I shared yesterday of a woman catching a seagull in a blanket, was Not what it looked like, the woman in question was actually concerned for the small seagull after it has fell off the roof previously, as you can see in this video that the woman in question shares with the seagull society on Facebook, she asked locals to help her it on to a flat roof so it could be back with its mother Like many people yesterday I saw the video shared round of her catching it and jumped to conclusions, for that I apologize and hold my hands up I was quick to judge
