@northernassist what has happened to the trains between MAN and BPL? I use that route for my commute and most of the trains no longer have tables!!! It’s impossible to work.

@AEJ_50 You can only claim delay repay if you travelled and arrived later than planned. If you didn't make the journey then you need to claim a refund from the point of purchase. ^Marc

@TPExpressTrains why is it so difficult to claim delay repay for the days you were on strike? I have followed the instructions, keep being asked for the information I have already provided. I’m now being asked for information about the second leg of a journey I did not make!

@AEJ_50 Cheers for that. You won't find any Standard Premium tickets for that journey, as Northern doesn't provide Standard Premium on their trains to Preston. You should be able to make your free booking from Preston to London though 😊 - Miles

@AvantiWestCoast as part of my Club Avanti Gold membership- woo hoo. I’ve got a “free” Std Premium Return ticket- woo hoo. But I can’t book it. It looks like I have to book & pay for 2 advanced singles (more expensive than a return) and then upgrade. Do I get my money back then?

@AEJ_50 Standard Premium isn't available on every train as this isn't available on our Voyager trains. You may need to adjust your search to find some tickets. Out of interest, what journey are you trying to book/when for? - Miles

@AvantiWestCoast why, in changing a booking am I only offered a 1st class off peak single for £102.60 when I can book a standard off peak single for the same train for £77.40??

@AvantiWestCoast is there a reason why I can’t book tickets on the 1659 from Preston to Euston? I’ve tried a few days and all saying no tickets available? Thanks
