Absolutely shocked by @British_Airways. We missed boarding at Heathrow by minutes because my uncle, who has dementia, became disoriented and got lost in the airport. They refused to help or show any discretion.

@TootlestheTaxi @calinesko @Rich_buzz_bee @HeathrowAirport Can’t recall ever having dinner at an airport and if the beer was £35, I’d go without but people have to get to hotels are are often tired, disoriented and unfamiliar with the transport options so jump in a cab. Not a great introduction to the UK to have to pay £35 to the hotel

@TootlestheTaxi @calinesko @Rich_buzz_bee @HeathrowAirport No one is suggesting changing the boundaries of the city but if you genuinely believe that £35 is a reasonable price to pay to go 3-5 miles to a hotel then discussion is pointless.
