@Tesco My OAP mum was subjected to an unjust & humiliating experience in your Swindon Extra store. She bought a reduced item an employee deemed was too cheap. She was detained and surrounded for ages. Completely unacceptable. Default position is to assume everyone is a thief.

@Tesco Hi, I bought a sunflower grow your own set for Mother’s Day. Instructions were followed but the plants were so weak they all died. It was a waste of money. Can I get my money back? I no longer have the receipt but I used my Clubcard.

@Tesco Bought your Jalapeño & Vintage Cheddar Bloomer after a long time. I really liked it before but now, what a disappointment. Where’s the cheese and Jalapeño? It tastes so bland. Also why has it reduced in size? It’s an inferior product to before.

@marksandspencer It’s rubbish that today I can’t order a birthday cake for a birthday 28 Dec, despite your site saying order today and can receive it by 25 Dec! Why do you state that when it’s not correct?
