Went 11-4 at RC Milwaukee, good for 35th and with 3 pass downs a PT invite! I don’t think I’ve ever had a sweat like this! I tested a streamlined version of Simic Ouro, going 22-1 in mythic, as well as 11-4 at Spotlight Atlanta. I think this is the way to go if you plan to Simic Ouro with the current state of the meta.

We hope to see you at HBMO this year and help us make it the biggest yet! This is a great cause, bringing suidice awareness and prevention to the forefront, and an extremely well run event!

Limited GP is obviously awesome.but 600 or idk how many extra people and no 15th round, no extra prize money, no PT invites for 12-2 is a little sad (I already have the invite just rough that anyone who goes 6-2 is basically drawing dead for top8/invite) #SpotlightEclipsed

@AHubbardTMP @TeamMainPhase It doesn't come across the wrong way. Good to hear, good to know, will take care of this in Vegas. This is exactly why I turn up here after PTs to hear stories just like this. You shouting your successes is more than half the battle when, as you say, we can't see everything.

I just wanted to say how proud I am of @TeamMainPhase . We have come a long way over the past 1.5 years. We have put someone in the top 8 of every single Spotlight Series, and almost every RC that we attend since the beginning of 2025. For this Pro Tour, we had our 3 guys go 11-5, 11-5 and 10-6 respecitvely! We aren't your typical Pro Tour team. We don't rotate players based on qualifications. Instead, we focus on growing each other and helping each other succeed. Because of this, we don't have large numbers at a given PT. For Vegas, we will have 6 (so far). Small compared to other teams. We've had a lot of success as a team, but it does kind of suck that coverage doesn't see what we have accomplished. It was a bummer to see that our team wasn't represented for a feature match, even though this information was available to them. I know in the grand scheme of things it doesn't matter, I'm more or less just venting some frustration. I do love the coverage teams, they have a hard job to do and its hard to keep an eye on everything that goes on. Hopefully this doesn't come across the wrong way. Much love!

Just had an interesting conversation with some teammates about the state of Standard, which lead to a thought about how we could reoganize. Standard goes back to a 2 year cycle with 5-10 sets Current Standard changes to Extended, extending to a 4 year cycle with 15-20 sets Modern stays the same as it is, but take a closer look at the ban list and give them a shot in a more powerful format. Remove Pioneer Max the amount of sets released per year to 5 3 - 4 Block 0 - 1 Core 1 UB or Modern specific set - UB should feel Magic adjacent 3 year standard is accelerating power creep and it is already a turn 4 format now. What are your thoughts? I would love to hear how you feel about our formats!
