@dig_deeper1 So true! We had a shed on a small patch of foundation attached to the home. Cost only $10k to add insulation, electricity, permitting and other requirements. It’s now a legal office addition and added $120k to the homes value.

The cost to build a room to an existing house is next to nothing. Less than $2000 with materials and labor and it adds like $30,000+ in value to a house.

Too many are sleeping on the Richmond in SF - it has to be one of the most wonderful neighborhoods in the US. Stunning natural wonders with Landsend, Presidio, Marin, Golden Gate Park (and bridge) so close; world class cuisine from the best bakeries (Arsicault, Breadbelly) to Asian food of all kinds to Russian shops selling pelmeni; actually tons of small businesses; families and kids everywhere. I am so glad I moved there.

We don’t just need to be against something. We need to be for something — a government that proves it can solve problems for working people again.
