$INTC My new favorite word is: Refactor. I think people need to understand what this chart means and how RibbonFET is such a meaningful (and exclusive) technology for Intel. Think of a transistor like a tiny light switch inside the chip. Older designs (like FinFET) controlled the "switch" from three sides. RibbonFET wraps the control gate all the way around ribbon-shaped channels, giving much better command over the electricity. This means: - Less wasted power (lower leakage). - More performance at lower voltages. - Ability to keep shrinking and packing more transistors in. Intel pairs RibbonFET with another trick called PowerVia (power delivered from the back of the chip so the front has more room for signals). Together, they power Intel's 18A process. Intel benefits in two big ways: 1. Their own chips get better first (faster, more efficient CPUs, GPUs, and AI processors.) 2. Intel Foundry can sell this advanced process to other companies who want to make cutting-edge chips. If the industry needs this kind of fundamental upgrade to keep Moore's Law alive and reach 1 trillion transistors, Intel becomes one of the few places that can deliver it right now. Big leaps require big new inventions. Intel invented the last major one (FinFET) and now owns the next one (RibbonFET plus PowerVia in 18A). If they execute well (spoiler alert: they are), Intel could regain leadership in chip-making, make stronger products, and win more business from outside customers (like $TSLA), turning them into THE major winner in the semiconductor world. Refactor the narrative.

Every 10X increase in transistor count was enabled by at least one revolutionary process technology innovation. Next stop: 1 trillion transistors might need a refactoring of the entire process flow itself!

@25Guns_Tesla It would be cool if Tesla made this group of badass engineers their own logo specific to their team.

TESLA: Elon Musk has started following a newly created account named after Tesla's 25 Guns (@25Guns_Tesla). The 25 Guns is Tesla's elite 25-person engineering task force created in November 2020 specifically for Giga Berlin's ramp-up. They report directly to Elon and are now deployed wherever the toughest critical-path manufacturing and production problems arise. Tesla still has active job postings for "25 Guns Taskforce Engineer (m/f/d)" roles at Giga Berlin. The job requires exceptional engineering talent, can-do attitude, and maniacal sense of urgency. This new account is not affiliated with Tesla... yet.

FSD 14.3 tried to save us. "Take over recommended." Did we listen? No. Did we get stuck in a mud field? Yes. Most epic FSD test we've ever done @DavidMoss 😄

@HinrichsZane I feel like this is something that future generations will liken it to ages in time like the gold rush or the Texas oil boom!

AI to Rule the World? If So, Here Is Where It Starts Tract's 1500-acre master-planned data center in Northern Nevada's TRIC industrial center is becoming a major player in the ai build-out. Favorable climate, zoning, and low-cost energy, much of it renewable make it attractive. Will all of these ai campuses all be profitable or will they become stranded assets like in almost all booms? Let me know how you see it playing out and if you want more of this content. All of the deets are covered in the VoiceOver. My gf Ara was the source.

FSD 14.3 takes on parking garage #3 of the night, and it was the hardest one yet! 🅿️ FSD didn’t find a spot until we reached the top, then got stuck in a loop. @DavidMoss took over as security was giving us the stare down. FSD then went the wrong way, corrected itself, and eventually made it out. Such a mixed bag with this parking garage. @Tesla_AI
